Where do I use a coupon code?

We do not run coupon / discount codes on our website. We run a few sales throughout the year and during the holidays, and these sales will not require a code.

If you'd like to be notified about our new designs and sales as they happen, you can sign up for our newsletter, and you'll get a notification directly to your inbox!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.

If you're a caveperson without a credit card or Paypal and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, please email orders@g2oh.com for assistance. Note, we do not accept phone orders.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@g2oh.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@g2oh.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Do your shirts ever go on backorder?

We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at wholesale@g2oh.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
